The invention relates to compounds of formula IMAGE I in which R1 is selected from the groups R3 and OR3, R is selected from H and a group CHR2R', in which R2 is selected from H, alkyl, carboxy and carboxamido and R', is H, alkyl or phenyl, Z represents S or O; and m and n, which may be identical or different, equal 1 or 2, and their N-oxides, salts and quaternary ammonium derivatives. The invention also relates to the process for preparing these compounds, as well as to pharmaceutical compositions containing them.
