The invention relates to an ornamental object whose appearance varies according to its angle of observation. This object comprises, applied to one of its outer faces and adhering thereto, a first transparent or translucent part 3, one of whose own faces bears a first network of graphic images 4 such as to generate optical interference of the moiré type with a second network of graphic images 2 borne by the object 1 itself on its outer face, or by said first transparent or translucent part on another face parallel to the previous face, or by a second transparent or translucent part applied to the outer face of said first part.
