PURPOSE:To facilitate the connection process of a lead wire and reduce the wiring space of the lead wire by driving plural driving electrodes not adjacent with the same phase. CONSTITUTION:Driving electrodes P1 to P12 of a stator 1 are so connected that they are of the same phases every four electrodes by inner layer wiring 6a to 6d. And driving voltage (v) is applied to the driving electrodes P1, P5, and P9, P2 P6, and P10, P3, P7, and P11, or P4, P8, and P12 of the same phase at the same time, and besides the position of the application of the driving voltage V is shifted one pole by one in the circumferential direction by a switching circuit, and a rotor 11 is revolved counterclockwise at the inside periphery of the stator 1 and is rotated clockwise on its own axis at the same time. Hereby, the number of lead wires can be reduced, and the constitution of the driver circuit simplified.
