PURPOSE:To provide a simple transmission system having a node address between devices for transmitting information or between devices for receiving information in an error information output preventive system due to different channel connection of power supply information in a power business. CONSTITUTION:One or several of 62 information words for transmission to form one frame cycle are used for a device number so that an address to be used and the number are previously decided. The same address and number are set to a transmitter and a receiver connected at 1:1 or 1:N. The address to be used and the number are previously input to a digital input circuit 10 of a CDT transmitter 1 by digital input means 5, an measured input is input by measuring input means 4, the address and the number are detected by address/device number detector 20 of a CDT receiver 2 connected by a transmission line 3, and an output of power supply information is controlled according to a detected result.
