PURPOSE:To feed the bar-plate type members one by one to a double-visor promptly and positively. CONSTITUTION:There are provided a transfer means 2 which feeds a bar-plate type members B laterally, a timing stopper 3 which can be moved vertically and has a claw 31 which stops temporarily transfer of the barplate type members B, a timing lifter 4 which can be moved vertically and separates the bar-plate type members B on a rear side in a feed direction excluding the bar-plate type member B on the front edge of the bar-plate type members B upwards from the transfer means 2 to stop temporarily transfer of the bar-plate type members B, and a vertically driving means 5 which moves vertically the timing lifter 4 and the timing stopper 3 by interlocking them with each other.
