Then, the operator 6 computes the number of rotation of the dehydrator 3 and controls the dehydrator 3 so that the moisture content of the dehydrated sludge 10 becomes constant. Even if the property of the sludge 9 is rapidly changed, the moisture content of the dehydrated sludge 10 can be controlled readily at the constant value.
