PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of taste and fragrance by quickly cooling or quickly freezing coffee beans immediately after roasting or by grinding the beans in quickly frozen state. CONSTITUTION:Coffee beans are quickly cooled to 10 deg.C or lower or quickly frozen immediately after roasting or after cooling roasted beans to normal temperature. The cooled or frozen coffee beans are blended at 10 deg.C or lower and packaged to obtain the objective coffee beans. Powder of coffee can be prepared by grinding the quickly frozen roasted coffee beans in frozen state and blending and packaging at 10 deg.C or lower.
