PURPOSE:To improve the precision of a beam transmission hole by stacking multiple electron beam transmission tube sections of cavity bulkheads and circular first cylindrical bodies with nearly the same shape as that of the transmission tube sections in turn, brazing them, inserting them into the second cylindrical body serving as an envelope, brazing them, then removing only the first cylindrical bodies. CONSTITUTION:Disk-shaped copper cavity bulkheads 1 with electron beam transmission tube sections 2 and nickel first cylindrical bodies 4 are pinched by a circular BAu-12V brazing filler metal 5 and inserted and stacked in turn with a stainless bar-shaped jig not shown in the figure, and they are heated and brazed in a hydrogen furnace to form a coupling cavity section 6. The outer periphery of the cavity section 6 is ground to improve the size precision, it is inserted into the copper second cylindrical body 7 serving as an envelope while being pinched by a similar brazing filler metal 8, and they are likewise heated in the hydrogen furnace to be brazed. The coupling cavity section 6 and the cylindrical body 7 are dipped in a nickel corrosion liquid, and only the cylindrical bodies 4 are selectively corroded and removed.
