PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of the execution of work by providing the outer peripheral section of a rear section excavating-advancing machine main-body, with hollow elastic bodies, to lead fluid pressure and to expand it, and by swelling the elastic bodies, to apply excavating-advancing resistance to an excavating machine. CONSTITUTION:When an excavating-advancing locus is positionally shifted to be directed downward, from an estimated course at the time of excavating- advancing, then a lower side amendment jack 12 is extended, and a front section excavating-advancing machine main-body is oscillated to be directed upward. Then, compressed air is introduced from an air compressor via an air introducing port, into lower side elastic-bodies 111b-111d, among hollow elastic bodies 111a-111d arranged respectively in members 110a-110d projected in the four directions of the reaction plate of a rear section excavating-advancing machine main-body 11, and is expanded outside the outer peripheral surface of an excavating-advancing machine. As a result, the direction can be certainly amended.
