MOLDING EQUIPMENT FOR VINEGARED FISH AND RICE (SUSHI IN JAPANESE COOKINGS)

PURPOSE:To provide the title equipment enabling ball-shaped vinegared fish and rice to be molded, designed to actuate, respectively at specified states, receiving seats slidably engaged with plural guide holes opened on a turning table and two press tools inserted into said holes. CONSTITUTION:Receiving seats 4 are allowed to slide vertically within guide holes 2 through a cylindrical cam 5 with the turning motion of a table 1. Press tools 28,29 are reciprocated by a crank disc plate so as to be inserted into the guide holes having been turned to their set positions. Said receiving seats 4 are provided with the upper surface of recessed curved surface, and when the table 1 is turned toward the arrow direction, the press tool 28 is provided with the lower surface of the projected curved surface, while the other press tool 29, with the lower surface of the recessed curved surface.
