PURPOSE:To fetch an object specific signal in a short period of time by operating a reset signal generating means to revise the reset signal when an object signal is not gated on a specific line. CONSTITUTION:A reset signal generating means 20 consists of a select circuit 10 and a latch circuit 9, the select circuit 10 selects a counter output A or a counter output Y resulting from delaying the counter output A by one line and the selected counter output is used as a reset signal RESET. When an object signal is not gated on a specific line, the reset signal generating means 20 is activated to revise the reset signal. Thus, no much time is required to fetch the object specific signal.
