PURPOSE:To form a spin coat film of good workmanship by dripping fluorescent substance slurry including binder over a glass base board, performing spin coating, and conducting forced drying immediately. CONSTITUTION:A slurry 2 is formed from a fluorescent substance and dripped over a glass base board 3 sucked onto a spin coater 1. Spin coating is made at 3000-3500rpm for approx.10sec to yield a fluorescent substance film 5, which is put directly in a hot air oven of approx. 80 deg.C to be dried for approx. one min. This enables prevention in advance the generation of cohesion foreign matters due to inclusion of fluorescent substance particulates generated by unclear production of binder resin resulting from the thixotropy phenomenon of the binder, which enables achieving a spin coat film of fine workmanship.
