PURPOSE:To improve the workability of the titled floor plate by erecting a floor plate on a foundation, constructing a downstair wall body, pouring mortar into a directly under joining joint through the through holes of lower frames of the up and downstair wall bodies after the floor plate, the wall body and a roof on upstairs are constructed, and hardening it. CONSTITUTION:After a light-weight cellular concrete floor plate 3 is laid on a strip footing 1, a down stair outside wall body 8 is provided on a peripheral down stair joining joint 5. A light-weight aerated concrete floor plate 20 for upstairs is laid between the downstair outside wall bodies 8. An upstair outside wall body and a roof structure are then built. Mortar 21 is poured from the inside of a building into a directly under joining joint 5 through each of through holes 19 formed on the lower frames 10 of the up and down stair wall bodies, and hardened.
