PURPOSE:To obtain a device from which no alarm tone is issued suddenly by detecting the infrared ray radiated from a person, measuring distance to the person when it is decided that the person is present, and issuing two kinds of barking of a dog corresponding to the distance. CONSTITUTION:An infrared detector 2 is provided at the main body 1 of an invasion alarm unit for person so as to be exposed over the main body 1. A decision part 3 judges the presence of the person by the output signal of the infrared detector 2. A distance detecting part 4 detects the distance to the person. An alarm part 5 which issues the different barking of the dog based on the distance to the person is provided at the distance detecting part 4. When the person enters the range of visual field of the infrared detector 2, the alarm part 5 issues the barking of the dog such as (wow) as a precaution tone when the person is separated far, and issues the barking of the dog such as (bow-wow) as the alarm tone when the person comes near than a certain value.
