ABSTRACTHigh permeability zones in subterranean formations are reduced inpermeability by the gelation of water soluble polymers ofpolyalkylenimines, polyalkylenepolyamines and mixtures thereof in suchformations with cross-linking agents containing difunctional groupswhich are capable of cross-linking with said polymers.
