AN APPARATUS FOR DISPERSING A DYE OVER SECURITIES IN A CLOSED SPACE AT ATTEMPTS AT BURGLARY

The apparatus comprises a profiled housing (1) forming an elongated flat capsule which contains a bag (11) with a dye (12). Concurrent ignition of two explosive charges (9) in either side of the capsule causes the bag (11) to be compressed so that it will burst, and the dye (12) is pressed out through a longitudinal slot (2) which is usually closed along a rupture indication (3) until the explosive charges (9) are ignited.
