A tamper-evident device which closes comprises a cover frame (3) having a U-shaped groove (14) facing downwards, in which a flat upper or lower edge of a container (1) is intended to be fitted and fixed, as well as a cover element (4), connected to the frame (3) by means of hinges and intended to be fitted and reliably secured in the interior of the frame (3). When the container is hermetically closed, the cover (4) is fitted into the frame (3), and the tamper-evident protection takes the form of a protruding appendage (8 ') from the frame (3) or the cover (4). and forms a tearable tab (8; 8 ') fixed by means of a tearable weakening (10') and which, when the reclosing device is not broken, blocks the cover and the frame against each other . When the container is hermetically closed, this protruding appendage (8 ') is folded and sealed in such a way that the cover (3) cannot be opened provided that said appendage (6; 8') is not torn from the frame ( 3) and the cover (4).
