The invention relates to novel glues, in particular for the production of chipboard, which are based on urea-formaldehyde condensation products and conform to formaldehyde emission class E-0, to a process for their production, and to their use for production of agglomerated materials, composite materials and in particular chipboard. The process comprising the following steps: (A) Production of a precondensation product by reacting - a phenol-formaldehyde condensation product with - formaldehyde, - urea and - trimethyloltrimethylenetriamine, (B) a first postcondensation of the precondensation product at elevated temperature, and (C) a second postcondensation of the condensation product obtained in step B, at elevated temperature with addition of urea and with addition of phenol-formaldehyde condensation product.
