The present invention relates to an impacted implantable system of buried technique comprising a central cylindrical shaft (1) intended to receive the top of an implant after healing of the bone. The said central shaft is connected to two lateral cylinders (2) via two blades (3). An internal threading (4) makes it possible to fix a complementary element which can be without limitation either a screw for temporary obturation (5) or a screw for mucosal healing (6) or an implant holder (7) or the top of an implant. (8) The present invention also relates to a system for anti-rotating guiding; drills and burrs calibrated in abutment. This is in order to ensure close contact between the cavity made and the underside surface of the implant. IMAGE
