LINBO3 SINGLE CRYSTAL GROWING METHOD

摘要

The growing method of LiNbO3 single crystal is characterized by melting LiNbO3 powder by the RF generator, growing the powder with Y-directional axis seed, cooling the growed single crystal at the cooling rate of 50-80 deg.C/hr in the temperature range of 400 deg.C to 800 deg.C, and then cooling it at the cooling rte of 100-150 deg.C/hr in the remaining temperature range. The single crystal is used in the mfr. of a surface acoustic wave filter.
