LINBO3 SINGLE CRYSTAL GROWING METHOD

摘要

The growing method of LiNbO3 single crystalgrowed to the closely round shape is characterized by growing the single crystal with a seed crystal having 10-130 inclined directional axis from Y direction to Z direction by the edge method. The LiNbO3 single crystal is used in the manufacture of a surface acoustic wave device and an optical intergrated circuit.
