Recombinant expression vector capable of expressing immunogenic malaria antigen on the surface of Salmonella vaccine strain

Recombinant expression vectors are described which can be used for the expression of the malarial antigens HRPII or SERP or of parts thereof on the surface of gram-negative bacteria being capable of inducing a humoral immune response in mammals. Furthermore, corresponding Salmonella-based vaccines are described.
