Gun for armoured fighting vehicle - has case ejector using forward and opposing ejector members

The case ejector is for a gun composed of housing, barrel, breech, cartridge chamber etc. and enclosed function control gearing using a forcibly operated forward ejector with channel and case drive. Below the breech path in the lower part of the gun housing (1) is an opening (10) and an opposing ejector (8) on the housing engages a recess (7) below the opening (10) consists of gripper tongs (13) which move on a powered guide (12) so as to grasp and remove the case until the tongs open and eject the case. USE/ADVANTAGE - Armoured lighting vehicles, turret guns etc. Cases ejected fowards at all times by ejector system proof against temp. and suitable for all ammunition types.
