MOBILE CRUSHING DEVICE FOR ORGANIC WASTE MATERIALS

A mobile machine for cutting up organic waste material has a loading compartment (1) with a mechanically driven scraper bar conveyor on its floor. A first swinging arm (3) mounted above the conveyor carries a roller (4) which feeds the material to the operating shaft (6). The operating shaft (6) has rigid radial arms (5) which drive the material against fixed blades (17, 18), and thus cuts it into small pieces. A second swinging arm (21) carries a cutter rotor (8) which pre-cuts the material before it is driven on to the operating shaft (6). The rotors (4, 6, 8) form a group which is enclosed in a hinged hood (9) to (13) under which a duct (F1, F2) for the flow of the material is formed. USE/ADVANTAGE - Disposal of organic refuse. Mounting the cutter rotor and feed roller on swinging arms enables any blockage of material flow through the machine to be easily cleared.
