P Inverter heat exchange surface comprising a series of ridges and dales. BR/ The ridges (34) and valleys (36) are oriented perpendicular to the direction of an airflow. The surface includes multiple holes (40) for passage of heat transfer tubes. These holes are arranged in two series of rows parallel to the ridges and the valleys, the holes of each row being separated by a united zone. The surface has flaps (44, 46) for increasing the heat exchange. The shutters are located between ridges and valleys, but are not in the plain areas separating the holes.
