Shopping centre construction forming a shopping arcade inside which a number of sales outlets are arranged, on several levels, along a public walkway, characterised in that it comprises a single walkway in the form of a ramp (5) of the spiral type, of continuous or staggered progression, winding around a central well (XX') of the construction (2), and in that the sales outlets are arranged along the said ramp (5) in such a way that this ramp constitutes a compulsory route for all the visitors in front of each shop, or group of shops, in a direction of travel, upwards or downwards, established beforehand.
