This device comprises a hoop (7) made of moulded plastic, which is immobilised in terms of angular position, by a profile or by a notch, over the orifice (B) on which the connector (1) is to be mounted. This hoop also exhibits a notch (9) in which the tubular lateral branch (6) of the connector (1) is mounted by clipping in, and an opening (11) serving to check the presence of the sealing ring (18). When the screw (12) which fixes the connector (1) is screwed in, the hoop (7) prevents the connector (1) from accompanying the rotation of the screw and holds the branch (6) in the desired position.
