SIMULTANEOUS DECORATION METHOD OF THERMOSETTING RESIN INJECTION MOLDING

PURPOSE:To perform painting simultaneously with injection molding, by a method wherein a foil decorating sheet is fed continuously between a male and female molds, through which alignment between a foil decorating pattern and molded article is performed completely. CONSTITUTION:When a mark 40 of a sheet is detected by a detector 54, a suction plate 44 is moved to a regular position to a picture pattern. The suction plate 44 is moved to a frame component 46 side and a painted sheet 32 is held between both the components 44, 46. The frame component 46 and suction plate 44 are descended along a rail 42 and suspended on a predetermined position on a female mold 18. Vacuum drawing of a cavity of the female mold 18 is performed through a vent groove 58 of the female mold 18. The sheet 32 is made to be separated from the surface of a suction part 44a by feeding compressed air through a vane hole 50 of the suction plate 44 and made to adhere to a mold surface of the female mole 18. Both the components 44, 46 are made to return up to a reference position. The female mold 18 is united with a male mold 16 and molten resin is injected from an injection machine 28.
