PURPOSE: To correct a variable factor in the coiling tension and eliminate the fluctuation of the tension in a strip by calculating rotational angular velocities of a coiling shaft and a revolutional frame and correction-controlling a torque of the coiling motor. ;CONSTITUTION: The rotational angular velocity ω31 of the revolutional frame 5 is calculated from the detected-result by a revolutional angle detector 9 and the rotational angular velocity ω02 of the coiling shaft 3 during the revolution, is obtd. by a computing element 10. Then an inertia moment J driving system and a coil C is multiplied to the rotational angular velocity ω02 of the coiling shaft 3 during the revolution and this value is inputted into the motor control device 7 as a corrected value ΔT to control the motor. The rotational angular velocity ω02 of the coiling shaft 3 during the revolution is calculated by the following equation. ω02=dω01/dt=d(ω11+ω21+ω31)/dt (wherein, ω01 is the rotational angular velocity of the coiling shaft 3 during the revolution, ω11 is rotational angular velocity of the coiling shaft 3 during the revolution by changing of the strip length L between a deflector roll 2 and the coiling shaft 3, ω21 is. rotational angular velocity of the coiling shaft 3 during the revolution by engaging of planetary gears with a ring gear, ω31 is the rotational angular velocity of the revolutional frame 5).;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
