PURPOSE: To reduce a steering variation at a time when lateral force acts on wheels as a vehicle turns or the like, in a twist beam type suspension with a steering mechanism ;CONSTITUTION: Two trailing arms 10R, 10L spaced in both symmetrical directions of a vehicle are connected together with a twist beam 26, and an assist link 42 is supported on this twist beam 26 in parallel, relatively, movably only around its own turning axes 44 in relation to a car body.
