METHOD FOR COMPENSATING LINEAR DISPLACEMENT AND INCLINED OFFSET OF WORKING ARTICLE TO ROTARY SHAFT OF NUMERICAL COMPUTER CONTROL MACHINE AND SYSTEM FOR COMPENSATING LINEAR DISPLACEMENT AND INCLINED OFFSET OF WORKING ARTICLE TO ROTARY SHAFT OF TABLE OF NUMERICAL COMPUTER CONTROL MACHINE
PURPOSE: To automatically, exactly and repeatedly evaluate the geometrical conditions of an object concerning the degree of its operational freedom by evaluating the linearity and inclination of center line of the object to the rotary shaft of a machine and compensating them as the function of a coordinate related with the rotary shaft. ;CONSTITUTION: While using a machine tool point compensating function, a computer 64 performs following processing. Namely, first of all, this computer 64 measures two different positions (relative positions) at least of a working article 220 to be cut mounted on a table top plate 44 which can be rotated. The computer 64 automatically evaluates the linear displacement and inclination of center line CL of this working article 220 to a rotary shaft B of this machine in the case of rotating the working article 220 on a CNC machine 6. The computer 64 calculates the geometrical alignment of the working article 220 while using the position and applies the compensation quantity of linear displacement and inclination as the function of the coordinate related with the rotary shaft B during the cutting work of the working article 220.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO
