PURPOSE:To early discover and early disconnect a wire disconnection position of a power distribution line in a transformer control master station for a power distribution line automating system. CONSTITUTION:A master station periodically outputs a simultaneous calling command to a slave station in which secondary side voltage, current states of a power distribution line are always monitored. A TMU in which a service interruption is detected, simultaneously returns a response. At a master station side, when the TMU recognizes multiple state change response due to abnormal transmission for simultaneously returning a response, the TMU is finely divided into large groups, small groups, individual zones, requests data, efficiently retrieves service interruption position, and rapidly informs it to a control computer.
