PURPOSE: To raise the accuracy of inspection by providing a set pressure change-over device that is able to regulate the set pressures of a pressure reducing device and pressure relief valve respectively to a first set pressure that is ordinarily used and second set pressure for water pressure test. ;CONSTITUTION: The pressure reduction given by a pressure reducing valve 5 is carried out by regulating the degree of valve opening of a disc 10 that is made by balance between the secondary water pressure that is received on the lower section of a diaphragm 12 and the load of a pressure regulating spring 13 that is given from the upper section. At the time of manufactureing the pressure reducing valve 5 the pin 18 of a second pressure regulating screw 17 is raised until is hits a first pressure regulating screw 16, and the first pressure regulating screw 16 is rotated to make the secondary pressure which is usually used come to about 0.85kg per cm2 and the spring load of the pressure regulatinf spring 13 is given minute adjustment to set it to a first set pressure. And at the water pressure test after the construction work is completed the second pressure regulating screw 17 is rotated until it hits the first pressure regulating screw 16 to make the spring load stronger and it becomes equal to a second set pressure of about 3kg/cm2.
