DETECTOR FOR PARTIAL DISCHARGE OF GAS-INSULATED SWITCHING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: To obtain a partial discharge detector with detecting sensitivity of partial discharge improved without giving any disadvantage to a layout and insulation characteristics of a gas-insulated switching apparatus. ;CONSTITUTION: A ground shield 2 of a transformer 25 of each phase is placed in a ground metal vessel 50 to surround a high voltage conductor 53 for each phase. A floating electrode 3 is provided in an insulated state to surround each high voltage conductor 53 on the shield 2 of each phase. A signal induced on each floating electrode 3 is derived from the ground metal vessel 50 by an insulated gas tight terminal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
