PORTABLE COMMUNICATION RECEIVER WITH SMALL-SIZED VIRTUAL IMAGE DISPLAY

PURPOSE: To obtain the receiver with the small-sized display which is portable. ;CONSTITUTION: The portable receiver 10 for communication has the small-sized display 12 including a semiconductor array 35 which provides a real image and an optical system 28 which is mounted so as to receive the real image and form a virtual image in an aperture for observation. An electronic part 37 is attached to the array and the real image is fold according to a message received by the receiver 10. The display 12 is sufficiently small, so it can be mounted on a hand-held microphone 11 and an operator can see the display while using the microphone 11.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO
