PURPOSE: To obtain a product stabilized in inner diameter and improved in appearance for the enhancement of a quality and a yield. ;CONSTITUTION: In a title device, an extrusion jig 11 consisting of an inner die 12 and an outer die 13 disposed on the rubber tube lead-out end of the inner die 12 is provided, and a rubber tube 14 inserted into the inner die 12 through a land 19 of the outer die 13 is sheathed with a resin, which is supplied from a gap 17 between the inner die 12 and the outer die 13. The land 19 of the outer die 13 has a length dimension (s) of 1-2mm. The inner die 12 has an inner diameter d₁ which is 0.5-1.0mm larger than an outer diameter d₂ of the rubber tube 14. A roller 20 having a large moment of inertia is disposed before a position where the rubber tube 14 is led into the inner die 12.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
