MANUFACTURE OF SOLID ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR ELEMENT, AND SOLID ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR ELEMENT MANUFACTURED BY THIS METHOD, AND CAPACITOR DEVICE HAVING THIS SOLID ELECTROLYTIC CAPACITOR ELEMENT
PURPOSE: To simplify manufacture process and reduce the occurrence of leak inferiority, etc., so as to sharply improve the reliability by applying formation treatment and cathode formation treatment after inserting an anode lead wire through a conductive binder into the insertion hole of an anode lead wire. ;CONSTITUTION: A tantalum powder molded item 4, which has an insertion hole 3 for receiving an inserted lead wire 2, is manufactured by embossing tantalum powder 1, and it is sintered and hardened in a sintering furnace. Next, a lead wire 2, which is made by cutting a tantalum wire into a specified length, is inserted into the insertion hole 3 of the tantalum sintered body through conductive binder 10 such as silver, etc., and then, it is hardened by putting it in a heating furnace, or by such method. Next, the sintered body 11 fitted with a lead wire is soaked in a formation treatment liquid to do formation treatment and form an oxide film, and then it is impregnated with electrolyte such as manganese nitrate, etc., and also the manganese nitrate is thermally decomposed to produce manganese dioxide to become a cathode material between tantalum powder particles.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
