PURPOSE:To reduce the occurrence of injuries and damage and to prevent the problem of function or beauty due to dust sticking to a portable telephone set with respect to a holder on-vehicle which is used to mount the portable telephone set on a vehicle. CONSTITUTION:A lower case 22 is provided where supporting parts 25 and 26 stood on both end parts in the lengthwise direction of a bottom plate part 24 are formed as one body and an engaging hole 27 is formed in the vicinity of one side edge part in the breadthwise direction of the bottom plate part, and an upper case 23 is provided which is turnably attached to the side edge part opposite to the engaging hole 27 in the breadthwise direction of the bottom plate part 24 and has a lock claw 31 attachably and detachably engaged with the engaging hole 27. The space formed by the upper case 23 and the lower case 22 at the time of engaging the lock claw 31 with the engaging hole 27 is approximately similar to a portable telephone set 1 and is slightly larger than the portable telephone set.
