IMMUNOCHEMICAL DETECTION METHOD FOR HUMAN CORPUS UTERI CANCER CELL

PURPOSE: To enable detection of corpus uteri cancer cells handily as well as objectively and accurately regardless of skill of users without requiring special technique and equipment. ;CONSTITUTION: In an immunochemical detection method of human corpus uteri cancer cells, endometrial cells and an endometrial tissue sampled from an intrauterine cavity as sample or crushed matter thereof are immobilized in a plurality of areas on a carrier. A labeled MSN-1 antibody made up of an MSN-1 antibody as bonded specifically to a corpus uteri cancer cell bonded to a label agent and a labeled anti-actin antibody made up of an antibody against actin existing universally in human cells bonded to the label agent are caused to react with the sample immobilized. The labeled MSN-1 antibody yet to be bonded to the sample and the labeled anti-actin antibody are removed to measure the intensity of a signal as indicated by the label agent for the labeled MSN-1 antibody bonded to the sample and the labeled anti-actin antibody separately. The signal intensity (x) as indicated by the label agent in the labeled anti-actin antibody is used as reference to evaluate the signal intensity (y) as indicated by the label agent in the labeled MSN-1 antibody thereby measuring the presence of the corpus uteri cancer cells.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
