PENETRATION OF TREATMENT SOLUTION INTO RUSH AND APPARATUS FOR PENETRATION OF TREATMENT SOLUTION FOR RUSH

PURPOSE: To make a treatment solution permeate sufficiently into the inside of rushes by reducing or applying pressure in a state where the rushes are immersed in the treatment solution and subsequently returning it to the ordinary pressure. ;CONSTITUTION: Rushes 5 are put in a tank body 11 while directing the root parts downward. An inner lid 13 is placed to press the rushes 5 and a lid 12 is attached to the tank body 11. An injection valve 125 is opened to fill the inside of the pressure tank 1 with the treatment solution so that the rushes 5 may be thoroughly under the treatment solution. The injection valve 125 is then closed and an air valve 123 is opened to evacuate the air and to reduce pressure. Thereby, the inside of the pressure tank 1 is made to an almost vacuum state and the air contained in the inside of the rushes is evacuated so as to permeate the treatment solution into the inside of the rushes 5. The treatment solution is introduced at a breath by closing an air valve 124 and opening the injection valve 125 and the inside of the pressure tank is returned to the ordinary pressure. The lid 12 and the inner lid 13 are then removed and the pressure tank 1 is heated to treat the rushes 5 to the inside. In the case of applying pressure, the air valve 123 is opened to supply the air and the inner pressure of the reaction tank 1 is increased. The treatment solution is permeated into the inside of the rushes 5 under compression of the air and the air is dissolved into the treatment solution and removed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
