PURPOSE:To sharply improve the construction property and workability and reduce the construction cost. CONSTITUTION:Concrete is placed at the bottom section of a heat storage tank 16, an adiabatic foam synthetic resin plate 1 integrally formed with a foam adiabatic material around a lattice-shaped member is used at the wall section of the heat storage tank 16 as a mold, and concrete 15 is placed. A waterproof layer may be formed on one side of the adiabatic foam synthetic resin plate 1. Concrete may be placed at the ceiling section of the heat storage tank 16 after an adiabatic material 19 or an adiabatic material-placed half- precast concrete plate 17 is installed, or concrete may be placed after the adiabatic foam synthetic resin plate 1 is installed.
