IMAGE FILTER AND ADAPTIVE TYPE IMAGE FILTER LEARNING METHOD

PURPOSE: To output a signal in an optimum state by collectively judging the features of an input image and optimizing a circuit state. ;CONSTITUTION: In a filter provided with an input terminal 11, an output terminal 12 and a coefficient variable means 18, plural feature extracting means 13 to 15 respectively extract the features of an input signal. A control signal generating means 16 generates a control signal from respective output signals of the means 13 to 15 based upon fuzzy inference. The means 18 is controlled based upon the control signal and a circuit state for the input is optimized in accordance with the judged result of the composite features of the input image.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
