PURPOSE: An adaptive clutter filtering method and an ultrasonic system for the same are provided to adaptively perform a clutter filtering process according to the size of a clutter signal for each pixel, thereby applying information with respect to a small blood vessel and slow blood current in an ultrasonic Doppler image without loss of the information.;CONSTITUTION: A user input part(110) generates a user signal according to a user request from a user. An ultrasonic wave data acquisition part(120) transmits an ultrasonic signal to an object. The ultrasonic wave data acquisition part acquires ultrasonic data by receiving the ultrasonic signal reflected from the object. A processor(130) generates a Doppler signal using the ultrasonic data provided from the ultrasonic wave data acquisition part.
