The cation-active emulsifying medium is a reaction prod. of polyamine with specific polycarboxyl acids. This reaction prod. is modified by reaction with 10-30% of a cpd. selected from acetic oxyanhydride, phthaloxyanhydride, propylene carbonate and styrene oxide.
