Tubular structure of carbon fibre, boron fibre, Kevlar, fibre glass and similar with multi-axial reticule, constituted by rolls of mats comprising preferably four layers of fibrous nets, reciprocally parallel with reference to every layer, each of which presents an angular offsetting of its fibres with respect to the other three, such that said tubular structures have fibres on the entire thickness and length which are parallel to the longitudinal axis and orthogonal and spiralling in two senses, thereby dividing into a finite structure with development and orientation of the optimal fibres in terms of non-elasticity and resistance to axial forces, torsional forces and flexional forces.
