A PROCESS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF KAPPA-CASEINO- GLYCOMACROPEPTIDE

Described is the use, for the remote measurement of physical quantities, of a remote measuring instrument comprising an active unit (A) and a passive unit (B) which are separate from each other, being situated a relatively large distance apart but interacting with each other by means of an antenna array (11 and 21) associated with each. The active unit (A) has an HF generator (13) powered by an external power supply (12) and connected by an HF input line (14) to its antenna array (11). The active unit also includes evaluating electronics (16) which are connected via an HF demodulator (15) to the HF input line (14). The passive unit (B) has an HF-d.c. converter (22) connected to its antenna array (21), plus a signal generator (24) controlled by an external physical parameter and with a load impedance (23) connected at its output. The passive unit (B) modulates the HF carrier signal which it receives and transmits it back at the high measurement frequency at which it was originally generated by the signal generator (24), without any reduction in the measurement frequency or with an only slight reduction. The process thus enables measurement signals to be evaluated directly in a very short time.
