The surfaces of the vibrator (21), forming an angle with the vibration direction from a surface remaining static with the vibration, have a distance measured by the free inner space (25). This distance is at the most, equal to a max. distance a(max) = K/fV, where K at the most is 2 m/s and fV is the vibration frequency of the vibrator (21) having an evacuated inner space (25) and at a temp. of 20 deg.C. The surface of the vibrator forming an angle with the vibration direction, given for the distance condition, is also fulfilled for a distance which is parallel to the vibration direction. USE/ADVANTAGE - HV switching systems with electric contacts in gas-tight chambers contg. protective gas. Density and density alterations determined independently of temp. and type of gas to prevent gas escape and possible explosion.
