The evapn. zone is a hollow body with external gas or oil flame heating, without heating surfaces in the body. The exhaust heat from the burners is used as a heating gas for other station(s) to give surface treatments, e.g. paint or powder coating units, to give (in)direct heating. The outer surfaces of the evapn. zone pref. have heating ribs or other additional heaters which may be used to eliminate the need for cycling emitted heat. Heating surfaces may be included in the hollow evapn. zone and/or flame heated internally as a heat exchanger heated directly in an oil or gas burner. The zone is shrouded by an insulating mantle, with a gas or liq. mantle, where the gas or liq. may be used to deliver the heat elsewhere or used as a coolant and released. The exhaust heat from the combustion gas may be used (in)directly to heat the rinsing water and waste water, or passed through a heat exchanger for cooling and the heat used to raise the temp. of other installations. The generated vapour gives (in)direct heating of baths and/or other components unconnected with the paint or powder coating stations. USE/ADVANTAGE - Used for stations used to clean components chemically, before they are painted or powder-coated or electroplated. The system has a hollow body for the evapn. zone in a simple geometric shape, without internal heating surfaces to give easy cleaning, and gives a heat supply for other work stations.
