Test arrangement for electric strength of electric choke annular core insulation - contains two sprung bronze wire contact units forced against the inner and=or outer test object edges

The test arrangement contains two contact units (1,2) which press against the outer and/or inner edges (13) of the test object (11) with a force corresp. to the application pressure of the wire during winding. The contact units consist of sprung metal, e.g. bronze, wires (3,4) and have voltage connectors (19,20). The cross-section of the contact units can be a conical frustum. USE/ADVANTAGE - The arrangement enables a good indication of the quality of the annular core insulation to be obtained simply and efficiently.
