The amplifier casing has dimensions, performance, driving stage, reproduction quality and sound radiation suitable for HI-FI operation in car compartments. It can be operated independently of a mains connection, e.g. outdoors, while the loudspeaker, a frequency filter, an end stage, and an accumulator are contained in a housing. The unit housing (1) is made of wood or plastics and is incorporated in small suitcase with a handle on the narrow side for fitting into a car compartment. The housing may contain an arrester (2) system for interconnection of two such units. Alternatively they may be used for stereo reproduction. Portable devices (4) such as CD player can be connected to the amplifier-loudspeaker via a multi-core cable(5). USE/ADVANTAGE - For car radios CD players etc. Improved sound reproduction quality.
